5 Fun Finger Foods for Halloween
Looking for a special treat for the little ones this Halloween? We’ve put together a list of our tried & tested favourites when it comes to quick and easy scare-themed snacks;
Sausage Mummies
An amazing way to spice up your kiddies sausages, simply bake your sausages for 10-12 minutes. Whilst baking, cut slim long pieces from shortcrust pastry. Wrap the sausages with the pastry leaving small gaps and brush with beaten egg. Once baked & cooled – add small dots of cream cheese and a tiny bit of olive slice to make the mummy eyes!

Pepper Pumpkin
An easy way to deliver some healthy veg and filling rice dishes! Carefully slice the top off your pepper and clear out the seeds inside. Using a sharp knife, cut small triangles into the front of your pepper (same as you’d cut into a pumpkin).
Fill your Pepper Pumpkin with flavoured rice, cous cous and Mediterranean vegetables and even melted cheese toppings!

Ghost Pops
Really easy snacks that take less than 5 minutes to make but look super-effective. Cut the top two-thirds off your banana and put onto a bamboo or wooden skewer. Cut small holes out of the banana with a knife and insert tiny bits of blueberry into the holes for eyes and a ghost mouth!
Biscuit Mummies
Melt white chocolate in a heatproof bowl sat above a boiling pan. Using the back of a spoon, drizzle the melted white chocolate in thick lines over the biscuits, making criss-crossed lines, giving the effect of mummy bandages. Add some goggly eyes, using a dot of whipped cream and tiny piece of dark biscuit.
Ghost Pizza Bagels
Super fun pizza snack ready to eat in 20 minutes! Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes. Spread a thin layer of tomato purée over pizza bagel and top with ghost. Bake until cheese is melty. Finally, cut olives into little pieces for eyes. Place the eyes on and you have yourself a Ghost Pizza Bagel! Enjoy!
