The law now insists that you dispose of your waste oil responsibly, or face a hefty fine however, more & more kitchens are struggling to find an environmentally-friendly solution to their waste oil disposal, that doesn’t negatively affect their business.

How It Works?
Catering Managers & chefs store their waste oil in the original tins or plastic containers, and when full (at least 60L), your chosen oil collections service will come and collect your fat & vegetable waste oil, at a time convenient to you. If you’re using Arrow Oil Collections service, the waste produce is processed and converted into biodiesel, replacing traditional fossil fuels & helping the environment.

AND if you’re a Dunsters Farm Customer – after the collection is processed, you’ll receive a credit note, which can be taken off your next cooking oil purchase!

   Arrow Edible Oil Management Ltd collect both fat & liquid vegetable oil directly from catering kitchen across the region, processing it into a renewable energy source – biodiesel. Dunsters Farm customers can now book free oil collections with Arrow, and with every collection customers will receive a credit note to put towards their next cooking oil purchase through Dunsters Farm.
